FixPass is a remote website-maintenance service. A pack is a one-time purchase of service credits. A specialist uses those credits to update, fix, speed up or edit your existing site. You do not receive software to download. Scope is confirmed by email before work starts. Unused credits never expire. Fair-use applies to unlimited-fix packs. The 60-day money-back guarantee is part of these terms.
