We collect the name, email and site details you send us so we can deliver remote website maintenance and email you about that order. Payment is processed by Digistore24. We do not sell your data.

How to unsubscribe

FixPass packs are a one-time purchase. You are not placed on a subscription, and there is no recurring charge to cancel.

To stop marketing email from FixPass:

1. Open any marketing email from FixPass and click the unsubscribe link at the bottom, or
2. Email [email protected] from the same address you used at checkout. Use the subject line Unsubscribe.
3. We remove that address from marketing within 2 business days and confirm by email.

Receipts and messages about a ticket you already opened are not marketing. Those stop when the ticket is closed. To also stop buyer emails from the checkout provider, open the Digistore24 receipt and use the unsubscribe link there, or sign in to your Digistore24 buyer account and turn off notifications.

Access and deletion

To see, correct or delete the details we hold, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request” and your order number. We reply on business days.
