Every FixPass pack is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from the date you pay. This is a one-time purchase of a remote website-maintenance service, not a subscription.

What is refunded

If no specialist has started work, you receive a full refund of the pack. If work has already been delivered and approved, that delivered portion is excluded and the unused credit balance is refunded. Request the refund within 60 days of purchase.

How to request it

1. Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout.
2. Include your order number, the pack name, and the words “60-day refund”.
3. We confirm by email and the refund goes back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, through the checkout provider (Digistore24).

You can also open a refund request from the receipt email sent by Digistore24. Nothing else is required — there is no subscription to cancel.
